UTRGV guard Cliff Davis announced he's transferring to James Madison University via his Instagram on Tuesday afternoon.

The 6'2" guard averaged 12.1 points per game last season for the Vaqueros and finished as the team's leader in three pointers made in addition to ranking third on the roster in three-point percentage.
