Bond set for man arrested after drugs and ammunition were found in Harlingen home
A man is facing multiple charges after THC, marijuana and multiple firearms and rounds of ammunition were found in a home, according to the Harlingen Police Department.
Jonathan Canales was arrested after Harlingen police officers raided a home Wednesday at the 2100 block of W. Kennedy Avenue. His bond was set at $215,000.
Officers seized over 75 ounces of THC, more than two ounces of marijuana, five firearms — one of which was reported stolen, and 170 rounds of ammunition.
Canales was arrested in connection with the investigation, but police have not said what his alleged role in the investigation was,
Canales was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, theft of a firearm and possession of marijuana, police said.
